| The Shelby Farms Trail Crew has been renamed the PARC Crew and the PARC Crew will cover all volunteer programs within Shelby Farms Park to include trail work. | |
| In January members of the PARC Crew, the St. GeorgeÕs Volunteer Group, the Briarcrest Volunteers and the Hands on Memphis group worked at the park. The pine forest trail was cleared of logs and overgrowth, and a section of the trail that was eroded was rerouted. Privet near Gate 13 was cut and pulled and the Jones Pond Bridge was dismantled after it was found to be | ![]() |

The PRAC Crew installed a 12 foot by 6 foot bridge in the Tour De Wolf Saturday March 7th on the east end of the park, Rick Richardson headed the work with the help of Brad Cory from Mid-south Trails and several new members of the PARC Crew and the new members did a bang up job a second bridge will be installed on Saturday March 14th starting at 8:00 am. we will meet at gate thirteen and proceed to the site. |
| The rebuilding of the Jones Pond Bridge was delayed so that an upcoming event in March using the Tour de Wolf could have the safer bridges. Jones Pond Bridge will be reconstructed by the PARC Crew at a later date.
